About Feezy
Feezy is a digital contracting platform built for education agencies. We streamline the way agencies agree, store, and manage commercial terms with education providers, at a time when many markets are tightening expectations around transparency and compliance.
We solve the industry’s contract chaos by giving agencies one secure place to manage commission structures, bonus arrangements, promotional terms, contract expiry dates, and commission tracking. This replaces spreadsheets, inbox searches, and manual processes that create risk, cause long delays, and can lead to costly mistakes.
Contracts sit at the centre of an agency’s business and should be handled and stored carefully. Feezy reduces administrative workload using AI, helps improve accuracy, and makes every decision auditable.
Whether an agency is signing its first provider agreement or managing hundreds, Feezy helps teams stay on top of terms across every relationship so nothing gets missed and operations run smoothly.
For education providers, our sister product (HE Comply) delivers clear visibility and control over agent partnerships, including sub-agents. It simplifies compliance, reduces administrative burden, and supports accurate commission processing. Providers can issue new and renewed contracts electronically via DocuSign, with agents reviewing and signing within Feezy.
At the core of Feezy is the digital commission agreement. Agents can propose working directly with new providers seeking student demand, with commission values negotiated digitally to reflect market conditions at the time. There is no sub-agenting. Agents work directly for providers.
Feezy is not an aggregator and not an agency. Our aim is simple: enable any agency to work directly and compliantly with any provider.
The Role
We're seeking a dynamic, well-connected, and entrepreneurial Head of Business Development (Asia) to drive Feezy's growth across key source markets. This role is pivotal in expanding Feezy's reach and presence in the region, building relationships with education agencies and related entities.
The ideal candidate brings strong existing networks in tertiary education, particularly with education agencies and providers across the region. They excel in relationship management, have a proven track record in education sales, and are motivated by performance-based rewards. A significant background in B2B education sales is essential to be considered for the role, as is a large agent network.
This is a role where success is directly rewarded. In addition to a strong base, the compensation structure reflects the value of strong performance, with remuneration closely tied to results. The right candidate will back themselves to hit OTE objectives, and will be unfailingly energetic in pursuing these.
Primarily this role will operate remotely (WFH). Occasional travel throughout parts of South and South East Asia may be required.
