We've made it easier to add, categorise, and view documents that relate to your partner institutions. Click the paperclip and now you can view all files instantly, stacked to the right of your screen. Includes search bar.

If contracts move or expire when you are not online, we'll show you what changed when you return to Feezy. This way you can work as a team and always know the status and locations of your agreements.

There are a couple of ways agents can invite partners into Feezy. Either way, invited partners can work with you for free, including renewing your contracts via integrated Docusign. It saves agents and institutions time, and makes it easier to strengthen relationships and stay compliant.

Universities can view agent profiles and share their application form and supporting documents via Messages. A timed process starts requiring the university to make a decision within 14 days, and everything stays inside Feezy. Compliant, clean, quick.

And if the institution likes the agency and wants to partner, it can issue their contract in-platform via our Docusign integration. All of this for no additional cost for our agent users.

We show you the master activity log, critical data counts, and who in the team is using the platform. Add more teammates fmor the dashboard level directly.

We already provided agents activity at an individual contract level. Now we give admins and super-admins visibility of all team members' activity across all contracts (note: this excludes 'confidential contracts which never show in this activity data). We show who uploaded a contract, who shared it, and who accessed it to read it - and when.

Several users asked us for this. Example: the full legal name for UNSW is pretty long, and you would rather read 'UNSW' instead of the 13 words extracted by the AI. So we've enabled alias name-setting to be done after contracts are uploaded. Just click the pencil icon next to Institution in the top row, and you can now edit the names of institutions.

Users can now control who can see which contracts in mere seconds. Set default visibility and sharing permissions, and decide which role types can even upload contracts. This video shows an example university team managing its team sharing; the functionality is identical for agency users in Feezy.

Want to upload a contract but do not want colleagues or teammates in Feezy to know the document exists? Now you can mark contracts as 'confidential' and no record of their existence will show to other users within your company. This is in addition to existing visibility controls regarding commercial terms. The difference here is: marking as 'confidential' means zero hint of a contract is shown to others in your account, and it is impossible for you to accidentally share the document with others.

If some of your contracts lack end dates, these can now be marked 'open-ended' and stored alongside contracts which may have fixed expiry dates. If the status of these open-ended contracts changes - e.g. if your partner decides to add an end date to an open agreement - it's now easy to retrospectively apply an end date in the edit pane.

Docusign's Developer API means the entire signing experience stays in Feezy, automating audit trails and allowing you to choose who signs which agreement. If your signatory is not a Feezy user it doesn't matter - email it to them and once they sign the contract it comes stright back into your account for tracking.
