Create an account in 2-5 minutes and you can immediately start adding your contracts. Agents can upload up to 50 agreements at once, and Feezy extracts the key terms automatically, so there is no manual data entry required (though we enable manual quality assurance and editing).

Feezy accepts .pdf and .docx (MS Word) agreements. We convert Word files to .pdf when uploaded as this makes these easier to review and read on screen.

No. Uploading an existing signed agreement to Feezy does not change its status or require any action from your university partners. You are simply bringing your records into one place. Re-signing or co-managing through Feezy is a separate optional step and is only relevant for new or renewed agreements where both parties wish to sign within the platform.

There are two ways agencies can join Feezy. The first is to sign up directly yourself. The second is to receive an invitation from a university to co-manage your existing agreement. This can happen because we also allow universities to manage their agency partners' agreements in our sister product, HE Comply.

When a university invites you to co-manage an agreement you can join and see the agreement without making any payment. We also allow you to add several more of your existing contracts at no cost, so you can see how Feezy might support your agency's agreement management.

Feezy pulls the important details from your agreements automatically and stores them in a structured format. That includes commission percentages, bonus arrangements (where in the main agreements), and contract start and expiry dates. Instead of hunting through folders and PDFs, your team can search and compare everything in one place.

You can decide who in your organisation can see which contracts.

Yes. Once uploaded you can read and add notes to your agreements inside the platform. No downloading needed.

Yes. Feezy helps you stay ahead of renewals by flagging agreements that are nearing expiry, so you can prioritise renewals and avoid missing important dates. We enable simple renewal requests to be lodged digitally with your partners, who can choose to issue a new contract for co-signing and secure storage via our Docusign integration. This costs your partner nothing.

Yes. Feezy makes it easy to compare commission rates and other key terms across your partner institutions, so you can quickly understand where the strongest opportunities sit and spot inconsistencies across your portfolio.

Yes. If anything needs amending after AI extraction and upload, you can edit the displayed information manually. This can occur at any time post-upload and gives you flexibility whilst saving significant time on the initial data capture.

Universities using our sister platform, HE Comply, to manage and renew their contracts can send you a contract to sign digitally in Feezy. This uses our Docusign integration, and keeps all parts of your signing process inside Feezy.

When a contract is received for signing we will notify you with an email and an in-platform notification. You can choose who in your agency signs the document. The signatory does not need to be a Feezy platform user; you can send to somebody outside the platform and, as soon as they have signed, the agreement comes back into Feezy and is automatically sent back to your partner university to be co-signed.

You will be notified in Messages when the agreement has been co-signed, and the completed file will be shared with you by attachment and also stored directly in your contracts table.

Yes. Feezy is not just for managing existing agreements. It also helps agencies discover and connect with universities they are not yet working with. You can explore partner opportunities and start new conversations from inside the platform.

It is important to note that it is universities that can primarily approach agencies, since we give universities greater visibility of agencies. You can be messaged via our native Message Centre by universities interested in sourcing students from your market(s). This function does not require a paid plan.

Yes. Feezy includes built-in messaging so agencies and universities can communicate directly without relying on separate email chains. This keeps conversations tied to the relevant partner relationship and makes follow-up easier to manage.

You can also chat with your team about universities in Slack-style message threads. This makes it easy to retain conversation data, attachments and files, and audit-control of conversations on your partners.

No. Your contract data is 100% private to your organisation unless you choose to share something as part of a specific workflow. Universities do not have any visibility over your wider portfolio, commercial terms, or internal records. Not even Feezy staffers see this data.

Feezy is neither. We are a digital platform that supports the contract, compliance, and recruitment workflows between education providers and agents.

We do not recruit students, act as a middle party, or interfere in your commercial relationships. We take zero commission.

Extremely secure. Feezy stores contract data in AWS locations in either the EU or Australia, depending on location of either signatory's offices or campus(es). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your commercial data is not accessed by Feezy employees.

Because Feezy keeps your contract workflows in a single secure platform, it ends the need to use insecure email sending either within your agency or externally with partners, further supporting datasec. Feezy also ends fragmented storage across multiple locations (e.g. local drives, email inboxes) which can lead to lost agreements when staff members depart the business.

Only approved users within your own organisation can access your uploaded agreements, unless you explicitly share information through a platform workflow. Other agencies and universities cannot browse your contract data.

Yes. Feezy uses a combination of AIs to extract key terms from partner agreements, such as commission rates, bonus structures and important dates. The purpose is to reduce manual admin and make your contract data searchable and easier to manage, not to replace human review or decision-making. It reduces the chances of human error in transposing data, which is a common action today when agents use multiple systems and/or Excel spreadsheets to track commissions and bonuses.

We've worked hard to ensure the AI-enabled extraction process works smoothly. It does not hallucinate and guess values; if it does not know it will return an error alert against the expected value so that you or your team can manually resolve the input.

In testing and live usage we expect better than 90% field completion always. Some challenges occur with particularly complex contracts, though the AI can resolve even 50 page pathway contracts in 30-40 seconds with ease. We ask our users to advise us if errors occur (so we can retrain the LLM to resolve in future uploads).

We recommend a human check of each upload anyway, though our AI can save even a medium-sized agency hours or even a couple of days in each upload process.

We've made cancelling and closing an account easy. If you try Feezy and dislike it you can request account closure at the end of your subscription period; this will set up an automated process that begins when your subscription ends. You can export your contract data (e.g. a consolidated list of partners and commissions) before you go, and in just a couple of clicks.

Yes - all Agency Pro accounts come with 10 seats as standard - no additional fees. Feezy is built for team use, so the right people across your organisation can access partner information, review agreements and stay aligned on contract activity.

Yes. Access is controlled at organisation level by 'Admin' roles, so only approved users can view or manage your contract data. This helps keep sensitive commercial information restricted to the right people. We've also added 'confidential' contracts controls, meaning you can upload documents that no colleague is even aware exists in the platform.

Two role types exist at an account level: 'Admin' and 'User'. These enable different permissions and capabilities at a platform level. Beyond this, you can granularly control which staff members can see which documents. Our Permissions Centre allows these controls to be applied at scale.

Our pricing is here. We can keep our costs affordable for agents as we have a different financial model for institution users.
