These top agents have usually always done 4 things to improve their outcomes. All together it’s 10 or 15 minutes total effort for these:
1. They've created a full profile
This is a key way to be found by universities browsing for more agent representation. Our data shows if agents don’t complete their profile and get their score over 90%, their experience won’t be as good. Creating a full profile is basically table stakes.
2. They are active in creating listings
Almost two-thirds of all offers to recruit were created or lodged by the top 15% of agencies in the platform.
In Feezy, agents can create their own listings. These are advertisements which are directed at universities in countries the agents choose to target.

When a university sees that agent’s listing they can make contact either in Chat or by lodging an offer directly to the agent’s account. We notify agents when an offer is received, and we notify university users when the agent has made a decision.
If the offer is good the agent can accept it. If not, the agent can reject it.
Once an agent has created one listing this can be cloned & amended, making the whole listing creation process less than 30 seconds.
3. They offer to work for universities that show them recruitment requests
Agents can also submit responses to listings that universities have created - and the best agents do this regularly. If an agent is unsure if these are the right terms, or if they understand the listing correctly, they can simply contact the university using Chat before bidding.
Universities can make counter-offers – this normally means they like the agency but find the financial element of the offer not to be a good fit. If an agent receives a counter-offer it must accept within 3 days, otherwise it will automatically lapse.
4. They invite partners
The final thing that the top 10 or 15% of agents do is invite their partner universities. We’re a networked platform, and increased agent business comes from increased partner networks.
